Pros
I worked with the company for over two years and found it to be a solid learning environment. The projects were large and well-structured, which helped me gain good technical exposure. However, the workload could be heavy during peak phases, and clearer communication between departments would have helped reduce last-minute pressure. Overall, a good company to build experience in, especially early in your career.
Cons
Some processes were still manual and required extra follow-up, especially with remote sites. At times coordination between head office and different project sites needed improvement which caused delays
