Dreadful Leadership (Stay Away)

Pros

Good medical benefits, Good environment and structure for managers who are not performing

Cons

Toxic culture, long working hours for no reason when you can work remotely. They say they are ok with remote workers but in reality management frowns on this and tries to justify taking remote working away from senior employees. Micromanagement, an outdated tactic relished by dinosaur management to make them feel like they are accomplishing something when in actuality they can’t even help you solve your issue. No empowerment from management many operations managers are like this, they like to play the blame game. Low or no salary increases, no promotion opportunities and management favor males over females. A female executive mentioned at a town hall that there were no qualified female managers as a justification for workplace discrimination. Managers and leaders have exhibited crazy behavior and this is tolerated by HR which is a revolving door . Lack of cooperation, mentality to not value the people and only focus on cost reduction with quality coming later, and abysmal salaries most are underpaid except leadership. In many cases, they turn a blind eye to bad behavior unless it’s an employee they want to axe. Management has no clear plan, empathy or morals and this reflects the high staff turnover. Management’s not focused on performance they are constantly trying to look out for their own interests. Poor communication and coordination between internal stakeholders. Having to work with conflicting messages is a regular pain. Bring more vision and leadership to the company so employees can relate to what it is that they are doing and find some motivation. If you are reading this and have an offer of employment DO NOT ACCEPT! You will thank me latter.

Pros

None. Everything in this company is not good. Beware if you want to apply here. Very slow career growth.

Cons

Bully-bee boss. Politics is everywhere. I was forced to resigned due to bullying. My boss hired me to bully me. She has her 'asungots' from the other department who bullies other employee as well. This boss knows nothing.

Pros

Outstanding Benefit. Great camaraderie among colleagues. Laid back atmosphere

Cons

No increases, zero room for growth or even lateral mobility. As a result salary is not competitive with similar positions in other companies. There is extremely poor communication between management and employees. Employees are always given conflicting instructions on how to manage tasks. Executives make decisions that will hugely impact employees without notifying them until last minute. Your job responsibilities/accounts can change every few months and management has no long term vision which is evident with the constant changes. Extremely disorganized company. While the friendly people and environment can be inviting, the future is not promising.
