      Pros

      Great opportunity if you are having trouble getting your first job in tech. You will learn about a lot of topics and are guaranteed an interview for a related position at the end.

      Cons

      Training is full-time but very low pay. If you're hired, you will be stuck in a contract for a while with relatively low pay.
