Learning new Technologies,Good For Fresher as they get more real time exposure.

Here are some major experiences from my joining to exit: Hiring: It was a pretty straightforward and easy process. There were 2 interviews, a technical round and then a salary negotiation round. I was provided with the offer letter and was given a joining date as per my notice period requirements. Joining: My first day was incredible. I reached the office and was greeted by my manager and a small HR meet followed. I was provided with my office belongings and was directed towards my seating area. I was taken by surprise when we all went for a sumptuous lunch and there, I was introduced to my team and everyone else during lunch. The very first day of a company I will never forget. There was no looking back from there, every day was better than the previous with good mentorship at every corner. One thing I must mention is the company culture which other companies can learn and implement. Every challenge was faced as a team rather than pinpointing any specific person. It was a smooth 3 year with promotions and salary hikes until I have to move. Also, a special mention of the management for listening to our concerns and guiding us towards success. Exit: It was a teary goodbye. My exit was approved after my request and HR completed all the formalities. I have already received my experience letter within 15 days. All in all, I will miss everyone in the team and management. Hope to see you all again.
