      1. Worst employee management. 2. Very smart norms and rules for Salary deduction, every time founder wants to deduct employees salary with different - different ideas means he have a lot of time to think about in this matter. 3. Founder pretend him self as a dictator and he thinks that all employees is just a servant. 4. Don't know why few dis satisfactory employees are still working in this company. 5. Every time company founder makes a new rules to tattle the all employees. 6. Companies all employee work out side of the company because of low salary issue. 7. When ever employees wants his own money than boss replies "Meri marji nahi dunga. its my decision"

      they have good work in php.

      Work culture is very poor: Most of the employees are php developer. Office timings are 10:Am to 9:30 PM (You can imagine this.). salary structure. is very poor: Actually there is no salary structure. If you are a fresher they will ask you to first join the training which is 9000 Rs. After that there will be a job interview and if you selected in that interview you they will pay you Rs 6000 per month. Can you imagine just Rs 6000, In that 6000 you can not take leaves for 6 months, you have to come to office on Saturdays,. So I would suggest you not to join this company,

      Learning environment, supporting management. I have learned alot in this company by my manager. There is nothing politics in this copany, Highly recommended.
