Pros

Somewhat flexible schedules. Big Lunch room

Cons

-The absolute worst management I've ever come across. -Management are liars and high unprofessional. They treat their employees like slaves. -A lot of favoritism among the sales floor. Team leaders let "favorite" agents get away with anything. Lying, cheating, screaming, and harassment is never addressed if the agent is best friends with supervisor. -No raise or pay increases. -Lazy supervisors and the absolute worst Human Resources Department. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Pros

easy job to get, mindless work, friendly co-workers, paid training (1 week) and paid "transition" period (1 week), by the end of these 2 weeks, you will know whether or not it is a good fit for you

Cons

constant supervision, constantly being evaluated, must ask to use the washroom, etc., you are working at a call centre and are constantly expected to sell something that people have no interest in buying
