      Pros

      Benefits package for employees and family members with dantist and healthcare. Rewards 3 times a year and the 13th salary.

      Cons

      Uneffecient work-procceses and management. Old-fashioned resourses and work methods. Nobody wants to get responsibility for the result and nobody gives it to you. Unpaid overtime work (often until night)
