      Pros

      There is no pros about this company at all! I have to have 20 min. words so I am adding this to it

      The owner of this company goes by complete hearsay of the other employees. They find the most ridiculous way to get rid of you if they want to get rid of you. You can be a hard working employee that works hard , on time you mind your own business, but if the little clicks and bosses favorites do not like you they will find a way to get you fired. Like I said the owner goes by complete hearsay he does NOT care about the facts. The word on the street check for yourself is staffing agencies are saying this company has a VERY HIGH turnover rate, They have a rule book, but they sure do not follow it they want you gone they change the rules. They figure you will not want to sue them. I know 3 previous employees trying to sue him right now. Now ask yourself do you want to work for a company like this where you have previous employees that are suing him. I recommended run as fast as you can away from this company they will burn you in the short and long run!

      If you are anything but white. Don't apply! They hire only white people. Don't ever report anyone for sexual harassment, because I seen someone fired 2 weeks later for something they never even did. I am a firm believer of Karma. Employees are not to be trusted and lie about other people.

      Pros

      Its a job / paycheck! Besides a couple free lunches a year and a beautifull building, there is NO long term benefit at this company! The best thing that ever happened to me at this company was when I quit!

      Cons

      Unfortunately the owners of this company are all about looks, fame and money. The employees are all just a payroll number and the benefits are pretty much standard at most other companies. The turnover rate for employees is extremely high.The employees pretty much do what they want as there isnt any floor managers or supervisors. There is no product scheduling, the production process doesnt work and the company ships 75% of its product late. The owners are extremely secretive and will lie to its customers and employees to save their own image! My advice to anyone looking at this company "Dont waste your time". I found a company that believes in People, Product and Process and have never looked back!
