employer paid healthcare, summer Fridays, really nice coworkers.
Cons
No room for growth, low compensation, absent boss, no structure...very small space. The company has a lot of potential, but the lack of structure, absent boss, and outdated office space and computers make work much harder than what it should be. The compensation is extremely low compared to competitors and it seems as though your critiques and concerns usually fall on deaf ears.
