Usualy the problem is with who work. All of us should be adults and operators but that is always the case. You risk your life and baby sit.

Everything wants to kill you, from not seeing your family, wife or girlfriend for days at a time, too much time on the road with unsafe trucks, faulty equipment, backup and little to none safety and security training, we get pay not enough money to survive, micromanagement at it's best, people on the road due to the economy and some customers due to the lack of respect we get.. we give it back to them.
