      Pros

      The most important thing in a job is to like who you work with. The Gappify team is amazing--lots of smart people with the drive to build an innovative product and leaders who genuinely care about their teams.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging but having a strong team certainly helps and makes it enjoyable even if there is a lot to do.

      The CEO is true to his word, when he said great culture, indeed it was. Smart people to work wirh but down to earth Workload is fair, and have global rest days!!!
