HR dept. is not good on managing people. No company handbook after the company change its name. Less benefits Very low pay compare to other companies Just Old company GB2BC(Global B2B Consultancy) that change its name but management still same.
No wfh option regardless of scenario ex. Typhoons transport strikes. You either go to work and encouraged to use other means of transpo (not reimbursable) or use your annual leave. Payroll adjustments are done on a monthly basis. When your salary is incorrectly paid, it will take another month to make the adjustment. If the payroll forgot to adjust your salary, you will wait for another month to make the adjustment. You dont know who to communicate on HR specially if you have concerns. You are transfered multiple times to people from HR. There are policies that suddenly apply but never informed their employees.
