Pros
Easy hours, very lax management in house. Pay was fine for the minimal amount of work needed to be done. In house management had a great level of comradery. This was most likely due to the fact that we bonded over the poor upper management.
Cons
The boredom, mainly because this company is all but dead. Dave & Busters perfected what GameWorks wishes they could achieve. They want to spend little to no money improving a company that was put together with duct tape, in a sense. Their best decision would be to shut their doors. Upper management is a complete joke. They are pleasant enough to talk to, but have zero idea what they are doing. They change their mind every other day, and use positively antiquated practices in regards to marketing. At one point, our particular store was losing 130,000+ a month. The current clientele is trash, and obviously the lack of new, better business that they always talk about chasing reflects the poor management and their decisions. The servers would walk away with almost no money, and couldn't get shifts because they were constantly trying to cut labor costs.
