Terrible work life balance. The organization has lost its way and is now managing with fear tactics. Jobs are overtly being threatened at every level if results on a very narrow file aren't hit. There is no longer a sense of ownership or leadership at the Store or district manager level. We have been relagated to cogs on a wheel that are easily dispensable. District Leaders are no longer trusted and are micromanaged to document every single discussion they have with associates and to email their supervisors from stores after 6pm to prove they are in stores. Zero trust.

Pay was 8.50 an hour for someone with key access and a security passcode. They scheduled me 4-5 days a week when they told me I’d only work 1-2 days a week when I interviewed. I already had another job and would not have accepted it working 4-5 days on top of 40 hours at my full time job.
