      Pros

      This was a great part time for me. It gave me flexibility when I wanted to work and the members were very nice.

      Cons

      Being a waitress we primarily work off of tips and there were many times when the members would not tip.

      Communicative management and great member community. Hard work and effort is appreciated.

      Cons

      Unselective hiring. If you are a hard worker you will do well and receive great hours but you will have to pick up the slack of less motivated co-workers.
