      Pros

      Great people (even some of those that have come and gone too). There's good chemistry with the engineering team here. Other departments are also very cooperative and supportive. Company is still growing. Never a dull moment and lots to learn and experience. Great location for me. Lots of variety and delicious food nearby for our company's Friday lunches.

      Cons

      Since it's a small sized company as well as still startup mode, you are sometimes needed to play multiple roles and be flexible with the work hours for some rare emergencies. Don't expect a 9-to-5 type of job (for engineering dept).
