      The way that this organisation works is excellent and help their employees to maintain a good work-life balance. Friendly colleagues and good working environment.

      Pros

      Gave good opportunities to young people. Lots of security and they offer training and some benefits.

      Cons

      A bit stuck in its ways and lacks the open-ness to change. Very bureaucratic
