Pros

Very good work life balance, helpful team members, team leaders are also supportive.

Cons

For last 1 years dirty office politics started and becoming bad every day. Team members stopping helping each other due to this politics and fear. Many people leaving without taking year end hike.

We aim for all our offices to be supportive environments where our employees enjoy working and are confident that it will be free of “politics and fear”. Pros

Fun little perks, events and treats keep things interesting but most importantly the team is generally fantastic and almost like a family. Progression in roles and engineering practices are being refined and are much improved.

Cons

Progression up till recently has been unstructured and opaque, but this is much better with new HR practices. Management structure is still slightly muddled, although again much improved.

Space was nice, people were friendly.

Cons

The project I was put on was so incredibly poorly architectured that it slowed all progress to a crawl. Management was not sympathetic to the technical debt that was accrued. As a result the game was scrapped and almost everyone was laid off.

Unfortunately, on this particular project there were issues with the architecture and this did affect the outcome. However, with that learning, the team is now investing in better architecture and technology in order to prevent this happening again.
