Pros
Only pro is working with the kids.
Cons
Everything. Management is disorganized. Schedules are inconsistent. No training. All they give you is a bag full of junk and expect you to entertain the kids with that junk. I was scheduled on a “holiday” (superbowl) to a new client, the address was incorrect so I contacted the number for the parent with no answer, then proceeded to call and text management for support, only for them to contact me back the next day. Oh yeah, THE PAY SUCKS. Minimum wage, I would rather be folding clothes or flipping burgers where at least I would have a more consistent paycheck. Clients cancel at the last minute even after you are scheduled little hours. Don’t work here, they hire anyone because they are desperate but then treat you like crap. No wonder why they are so desperate. I recommend looking into RBT, most jobs will train you to be certified so then you know how to interact with the kids, plus the starting pay is higher and you have a way better chance of advancement.
