      None, absolutely none. I don’t even understand how people stay with them as long as they do.

      Cons

      They don’t listen to their employees when they ask for feedback. No such thing as a raise. No bonuses or compensation at the end of the year for all your hard work. Poor leadership. Revolving door with managers and supervisors
