Pros

There really isn't any more pros. This company made a fatal mistake of firing its management to hand over control to the two clueless sons of the owner.

Cons

The 2 sons now running this company have ZERO experience selling and managing. This is a time bomb waiting to go off. People are leaving as they see the writin on the wall that this ship is sinking.

Pros

Small company where you're not just another number to them and your contributions can really shine when they decide to recognize you.

Cons

Owner puts his millennial son in charge of sales reps that have much more experience and skills. From my viewpoint this is not good for the sales department and I see the daily issues it causes.

Pros

-Flexible and understanding regarding doctor's visits, kid dropoffs, etc. -Phone reimbursement -Some management is super helpful -Nice, new facility for headquarters location in Germantown

Cons

-Majority of upper management has clear disconnect with employees -Expenses budget tightly held, they ALWAYS book you in a hotel with a coworker, however inappropriate -Very little room for growth -Pay raises don't reflect performance, good or bad -Management has very little knowledge of product lines, so cannot help when a problem occurs

Many of our merit increases exceed industry average if employees are meeting and exceeding expectations.
