Cons
1. Workplace was prone to flooding, but management didn't notify employees about it, restricted them from returning, and their cars were all damaged when it flooded. 2. Salary package is less than that of comparable companies or the market. Very little increment has been made. You'll be shocked when you see the increment amount. The bonus is decreasing yearly. 3. Job promotion is not based on your performance, but rather how many years you have worked for this organization. Even though the manager level is not knowledgeable, but they serve sufficiently longer years so they can become manager. 4. Although you hold an executive role, the work you undertake is senior executive level. 5. All benefits are simply fixed to match labor laws. There is no additional employee benefit. 6. Return on time once all of your work is completed. Your superior will question why you returned so early.
