      Pros

      It's great place to work with great atmosphere. Management is very open minded and listens to everyone. During covid time, when people were being laid off, we always received our salary on time and above all, it's a great team here and surely my skills have been top notch just because of seniors and team members as it's not a company but a great happy family.

      Pros

      I had worked in many companies, they were good but grsoft is better than other. Here, i learned alot. Senior always support, even boss says, please spare min. one hour for learning about new things.

      Cons

      Nothing Bad here. Everyone is not perfect, but i had not seen any negative things here.
