      Flexibility, good culture, & genuine people!

      - Positive work - Encouraged to have a work/life balance - Schedule flexibility - Independence (no micromanaging!)

      Cons

      - The co-op system takes time to learn and understand - Large company size, so it can be difficult to meet/connect every employee. But in the same breath, GROWMARK employees do a great job of using events and resources to make the company feel personal and small!
