      Great workplace in the Graphisoft Park Friendly and helpful colleagues

      Cons

      The company management does not care about the employees and does not value internal workers. Weird business decisions, irrational deadlines. The company started to employ tremendous amounts of contractors, this way the internal workers are overwhelmed onboarding and domain training the contractors. During the pandemic, the workload is much more intense.

      nice colleagues and fixable work from home

      Graphisoft will claim that they are friendly but in fact after you get hired you will face a situation where management are bullying employees and no possibility to grow. The CEO knows about all this issues and he pretend that nothing happened, he has open office hour to "hear you" then you will be kicked out after talking with him, so be careful. also it is very bad organization, no body know what he has to do, no matrix or active Project Management. and very low salary range
