      Pros

      You are serving a community who otherwise does not have much access to high quality care. It’s never boring.

      Cons

      Management only sees dollars signs. They do not know or care how the people actually giving the care are doing or what they need to do their jobs. Communication is terrible, non-existent. Managment lives in a bubble far removed from the front lines.

      Great Salary. Good benefits. Pleasant work environment.

      Cons

      Like all behavioral health organizations, the paperwork is insane. As a Therapist, your entire day is booked with back to back sessions and in order to keep up with the paper work and to secure your job, you will have to donate whatever time is necessary for this without any additional compensation.
