Truly an incredible place to work with/for

I worked at GOROCKIT as a full-time employee for 3 years, I was contracted out to 1 client for the entire length of employment. They build solid relationships with all their clients and have great feedback loops regarding your performance, so you're not stuck in a contract and there is a lot of room for you to grow vertically (salary, title, responsibility, etc..). They have a lot of great clients especially in Montreal so theres so much flexibility around where you'd like to work. If for some reason 1 client doesn't need you to work there anymore, they have a many other options for you. I can't say enough good thinks about Cyril and Roxane, they really care about your happiness and well-being. They work with you to make sure you're comfortable in all aspects of your work. They recognize hard work and ABSOLUTELY reward it. On top of all this the people are just generally cool to talk to. Everyone is very social and approachable whether it's the CEO or someone from the recruitment team. As they grow they're adding more cool benefits and are making sure theres a solid process in place to deal with the growth. Thank you for a great 3 years really..
Cons
Believe me I am not shy to speak about cons but the truth is there aren't any, just be comfortable with the fact that you are working with GOROCKIT clients and it's hard to guarantee what your experience with the client will be. They could be great like in my case or maybe not, the cool part is you can ask them to place you elsewhere.
