      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      Purpose driven, culture first, people first, growth centric and very advanced structure. Super flexible working environment, so cool they allow us to work to fit our life, many of my friends are being forced back into the office, and GMB wants us to explore how to be more effective by working how it fits best for my life.

      some relics from the past can be baggage to change - but that's changing rapidly

      Not one single good thing about this company can be said.

      Cons

      Peer review bonuses and raises. 4 meetings a day to talk about "how to be professional" No one is ever available No guidance 3 months of on-boarding where you don't do anything. All self managed. No mentorship. Every employee wears the same shoes. Horribly underpaid. If u quit within a year, you owe them 2 grand. NOT TAXED, even tho you receive it taxed when you start.
