Pros
Bonus! It's very easy to move up honestly, after 3 months there are job openings that you can apply for and if you're a great worker it's easy to get the next best position.
Cons
Pay if eh, plus they tend to cover for some employees or anytime an accident happens they cover it up if possible.

Pros
Good benefits. Expert leadership. Global, diverse, with possible options to move to other sites, if need be. Good place to start a career. Upper management is very high-level.
Cons
Poor pay. Office culture could use some livening-up. Often you didn't necessarily know what was happening with staff and there were some surprises that were not welcome. Otherwise, fine.
