Pros

There are some positive aspects to this company, such as the supportive colleagues and the opportunities for learning and development. The work culture among peers is generally collaborative, and the office environment is well-maintained.

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience working under this manager. They lack clear communication, and often fail to provide proper guidance, leaving the team confused and struggling to meet deadlines. There is a noticeable lack of support or recognition for hard work, and constructive feedback is rare. Additionally, their management style can be micromanaging, which creates a stressful and unproductive work environment. Unfortunately, I do not feel valued or respected under this leadership, and it has been a frustrating experience overall.

Pros

It's a source of small income. Work experience in anything that comes up even if it isn't in your job description.

Cons

Poor business practices. Terrible customer service. Down right illegal practices in terms of work ethic. Under appreciated.. Really under appreciated.

Pros

Family company where everyone knows everyone. The owners always had your back if you shut down work due to an unsafe work environment. Very flexible when it comes to work/life balance. Management was great about not micro-managing you. They pretty much let you manage yourself so long as you showed quality work and was it complete on time.

Cons

Not the highest paying company in the Oil & Gas Service industry. It was hard to move up if you didn't know the right people.
