Pros
The people I worked with at my local plant were excellent. There was good teamwork and pride in a job well done.
Cons
Being a publicly traded company, decisions regarding Capex and Headcount were short-sighted, the goal being to deliver a good quarterly report to the shareholders. I believe this was because the senior management had performance incentives connected to stock price performance.
