      A good company but inconsistent owners

      Very innovative & interesting company. Fast paced and fun at times.

      Cons

      Owner is very changeable & inconsistent. Massive ego and very unpredictable - a real hip-shooter. No senior managers last more than 3-4 years normally. Very reluctant co. to recognise results via pay & benefits.
