Pros

Nothing other than what all the other agencies offer, i.e. club lunches, incentives etc

Cons

I worked here a few years back the cons are various... despicable bully culture. Management feel that by being successful gives you the right to be plain rude and continually talk down to the junior staff. Sadly stems from the top down. They actively encourage bad practice, lying and being deceitful to 'make the sale'. Don't be fooled by the ratings and various best places to work awards, these are not genuine. There are better places to work, i've worked at an agency before and since my time at GCS and both show you can be successful without working the way they do. They make you feel if you don't succeed at GCS you won't anywhere and that simply isn't true, i've earnt a 6 figure salary since I left on a better commission scheme and with less egotistical people.

Pros

Well established recruitment company with good client base and processes. Some very high billers as a result.

Cons

Your face has to fit. If it doesn't, you won't do well. Saw extensive bullying by top consultants that led to serious mental health issues in colleagues that wasn't addressed by peers/management.

Pros

They aren't any pros working here.

Cons

-Working here as a female was traumatizing. Being told by management to lower my shirt to close deals was hard to swallow. The "C" word was constantly being used around the office by management. -On your offer letter / it will state 8-5pm. If you leave anytime between 5pm-5:30 pm it is frowned upon. Being told by management constantly that if you have kids / dogs to get rid of them and figure out your priorities. -No one in the company essentially has their own book so individuals would call other points of contacts and get credit for the work you did if they were the ones who were on the phone with them why they signed the contract - management cares about the deal, not who gets paid -Being paid roughly around $15 after working a role for almost 4 1/2 months to me is crazy. The hours you are threatened to put in verses the outcome doesn't line up. -9 people have left the company since they have been there for a year - management has expressed to unfollow those individuals on any social media
