Pros
Many employees get the option to work from home. That's the only pro I can think of.
Cons
The company lacks focus and will never get ahead of their competitors. The management is incapable of viewing the employees as people, and rather treats them like chess pieces they can move around at will. Don't event try looking for diverse staff - you won't find it.
