The good things are always about the people you work with and appreciate.
Cons
under market salaries, sales pipeline is drying up, largest customer (45% of business) filing for bankruptcy. They will cut you in a heart beat to save the bottom line. Little career development unless you are lucky enough to find a better job. If you like doing the same repetitive task month after month after month, then you can get really good at doing one thing, work only as hard as you feel like working, and look like a hero.
