Pros
My immediate and wider teams are fantastic, all with different personalities and generally, just lovely to work with. A lot more flexibility compared to my previous role alongside a 4 day working week which has been amazing. There are opportunities to get involved in wider business projects, but no pressure to do so, which help provide variety within the role.

Pros
Wonderful work life balance thanks to a 4 day working week. Extremely flexible with the autonomy and trust to get your job done. No micromanaging. Genuinely great products and services that make a different in the changing world of work.
Cons
There genuinely is none that I can think of apart from I'd love to meet up in person more, but appreciate we are a fully remote company.
