Good compensation, assuming they honor what they say/contract. Smart & hard working people. Most employees want to do the right thing
Cons
CEO Michael Forman and his executive management team cannot be trusted. They are only out to make money for themselves and are very dishonest. Their product fee structure is excessive and they (executive management) are the only ones making money. Their investors are not making money after all the commissions and fees. The organization lacks culture and many of their senior managers are punitive and immature. My advise to anyone considering a job there is to be VERY careful. You can search on-line to see the employees they sued. They bully vendors, employees and industry insiders and constantly say bad things about the the broker dealers they distribute through - which are their clients.
