At FSG, we are always approachable and value each member of our team. As such, we find it somewhat disconcerting that you have chosen to hide behind the cloak of anonymity rather than come to senior management with your concerns. There is no history, nor any evidence you can site, to back up your claim that we apply pressure on employees to post positive reviews on glassdoor. Indeed, it is slanderous to make such an accusation. We find the cons you listed quite disappointing. We have maintained an open, collaborative culture which includes frequent social events funded entirely by the company, departmental lunches and monthly all-staff meetings to keep everyone updated on the latest developments in the wider company. Of course, there is always much more we can do, and we are striving for better everyday. Nonetheless, our door has always been open, and remains so.
