Your Mental Health Comes Last At Future, Executive Team Does Not Care!
Pros
work from home, but it's still not worth it
Cons
They bait you in with all these promises covered in ambiguity. One of which was compensation which had the fine print that said the pay structure can change. When I asked about it, they said it was for "quality control" and that I was "grandfathered" into that pay scale which would never change. This was a huge lie as the pay structure changed bi-quarterly and drastically decreased the amount of money you can make. It's also pretty amazing to see how many people smile on camera and then bash the company behind closed doors. Nobody is happy there. You go day to day based on false promises with hopes of moving up, but unless you play their game their way, there is no hope for you. Even then, they already know who they want to move up and you don't stand a chance. I honestly hated my life every day. I couldn't wait for the work day to be done but didn't want the night to end and have to wake up to numerous messages that management would then be micromanaging me on as if I was terrible at my job. No matter how hard you try, you will always be doing something wrong, even when you're putting in 10+ hours a day
