A unique place that genuinely cares about the work it does
Pros
The people - even after having left the place, I am still very much in touch with many of the people there, and I genuinely consider them friends. Culture - the directors care about the career progression of everyone, and they do go out of their way to encourage this in unique ways. Variety of work - saying 'no' to clients that didn't share the same values as MF and 'yes' to other clients who did was something i saw happen often. I can comfortably say that MF is passionate about well-being and doing good in the world (which is something that needs to be commended)
Cons
Communication within certain departments could definitely be improved. The studio can often become a busy and that's fair enough, but open communication (especially when needed) should never take a back seat. If there is one con i must mention, it is this.
