      small company good for freshers you'll learn new things

      Company Policies are very bad. The salary structure is the worst. no work life balance, if you leave before completion of year duration, you have to pay back employer all advance bonus that you have got.

      It's a growing organisation so there's a lot of learning opportunity if you're a beginner. The team is small which has its advantages as well as disadvantages. Good sides like you will be involved in almost every decision making process. Your opinion will be considered. If you're capable, complete ownership will be given to you. A chance to learn different frameworks and languages. Management is co-operative. Some other good things: -> Flexible hours -> Co-operative environment -> Good incentives -> Free coffee -> Learning culture

      Since the team is small sometimes you will get overloaded with work. You will be relied upon heavily. Depends on how you take things this can be a pro for you. ;)
