      Cool system to protect the community

      Cons

      - no boundaries - micromanagement - have to go to the office every day - makes you feel guilty when you take PTO (even if you’re sick) when it’s unlimited PTO - horrible management - you can’t be independent - people talk about each other’s salary Horrible place to work at, especially if you’re a female or just graduated and it’s your first job.

      - Unified team producing cutting edge solution that is actively shaping the future of our communitiies - Objectives are defined, the methods of getting there are not. Lots of space for ideas and creative solutions to be proposed and implemented - Unlimited PTO - Open door policy / Fail Fast Culture creates an environment where growth flourishes both personally and professionally

      Cons

      The only opportunity for improvement would be a 401K match. I do feel that the annual salary offered is near the top of market value for my role and I am very satisfied with the compensation package as a whole. I am confident that the growth being achieved year over year will make it possible for a match program to be implemented at some point in the next 2-3 years.

      No 401k match. Health insurance isn't very good. Nobody can sneeze without CEO approval (managers have no say). No empowerment. Micromanagement. Command and control type atmosphere (lots of military and law enforcement).
