Great place for guys in their mid twenties

Pros
Most of the developers are in their early to late 20's which makes it a great place for people out of college. Very friendly and cooperative atmosphere. The company hosts paid-for events annually. Management is easy to get along with. Self productivity is encouraged and sometimes rewarded. Employees can host lunch and learns that enter them for a chance at an extra bonus. Open floor environment, could be a pro or a con. No cubicles so you can hear everyone.
Cons
Not a lot of work to do while I was there. Spent most of my time doing my own projects or learning something.

Pros
-Laid back atmosphere including dress code -No one breathing down your neck -Easy workload (for some) -Dictate your own hours (so long as you do 40) -Good location (no traffic going that way) -Game room and foosball
Cons
-Some rude managers -Very very very low pay and zero negotiation -Too little work that it gets mind numbingly boring -No room for promotions and career growth
