      Pros

      Management is great. Company events are legendary.

      Cons

      Location is limited in regards to IT training as you have to travel to OH/DC/VA.

      No guidance but easy work

      Pros

      Very little oversight, no ones looking over your shoulder for the most part. You can grind out certifications

      Cons

      No guidance, no idea if you're doing well or not, and if you get stuck on a bad contract you can be let go without fault.
