Pros

Team driven, good pay raises. Very little administrative overhead (time sheets, status reports, reports could be done from home on the internet) to get in the way of achieving goals. Management supports any time needed for personal/family issues that need to be resolved.

Cons

A bit slow in departments. Some us -vs- them goes on. lack of standard processes throughout creates redundancy in efforts from time to time. Uncertainty over future with restructuring has affected morale. During restructuring gets rid of old guard to make way for new, loses loyalty and structure over re-training and saving money

Pros

A renowned name in the industry with cooperative management and a friendly environment. The guys in operations are supportive and address carefully about the concerns. Field support supervisors are always encouraging and provide constructive feedback.

Cons

Pay is only the minimum for Part-timers and it hurts when you're being paid the minimum compared to another guard on the same site, just because he/she is a full-time employee. Especially with certain sites for which full-timers receive more than the usual pay for covering them while part-timers receive the same - min wage. Basically, whether whatever kind of site a part-time employee is covering, he/she would be still paid the min wage despite extended distance/patrolling area. The same goes for the perks and benefits.
