Looks great at first but it doesn't take long once hired to realize the promises will never be kept

The staff is terrific. Hard working. Always do the right thing. Terrific personalities.

CEO James Becker is the problem with the company. His immature and manic personality make it a stressful & unpleasant work environment. Needs to learn to show the same level of service internally as he does for his external clients. High turnover in the company because of him and it has been a problem since the company's inception. His lack of management and leadership skills result in a very demotivated work staff. Everyone is always looking for a position somewhere else. Sales is one of the worst roles in the company. Says that he wants everyone to be successful but that is not true. Constantly changing compensation. Overspends and then cuts from Operations putting the company at risk. Not one Sales person with the company has tenure more than 6 months.
