      Pros

      Fusebox Games has been a breath of fresh air for me in this industry. From the interview process and the excellent communication from Amy, the director of people at Fusebox, to the onboarding and learning the ways of Fusebox- my overall experience so far has been tremendous. I feel so at home here. This is a studio where I feel empowered, respected and heard as a woman. The compensations and benefits are great, the management I've worked with so far have been incredible and the culture & values of this company is so aligned with my own. I'm proud to be working here and can see myself staying for many years to come.

      Pros

      - Fusebox is one of the better companies out there. People are friendly, respectful, and everyone works hard toward a shared goal, but without the toxicity you sometimes see in fast-paced environments - The team is fully remote with just the right amount of meetings to keep us all aligned - As a dev, I feel challenged in a good way. There’s always something new to work on, which keeps things interesting - I feel like there are growth opportunities here if you’re proactive and take initiatives

      * great salary * Friendly work environment * Supportive of needs and disabilities * Open communication * brilliant interview & onboarding

      Cons

      So far, I've had no downsides to working here. If that ever changes we are encouraged to be open and honest so I will of course share my opinion. But for now, I truly couldn't wish for a better place to work.
