Delusional mean-spirited management thinks they are gods. But how could they be gods if they chose to spend their lives doing this crap? Nitpicking, play favorites, nepotism, verbal abuse by making stuff up. Huge worker turnover because it's hard to find people willing to do the job.

A lot of micro management. They watch every single thing that you do and question it. They are not fair at all. I was insulted by one of the partners and they’re very rude to the employees.
