Pros

Fun and exhilarating, a really playful environment.

Cons

Overworked, and doing the jobs of multiple people, often without proper training. You’re expected to be very on and energetic at all times, despite being run off your feet. Expected to train new employees from the ground up in the middle of extremely busy times. You have a food discount, but if others don’t pay their tab, you all lose access to it for months. Seemed to be a lot of infighting with managers. Will call and tag you multiple times in group chat when they’re understaffed (which was all the time) and then, if no one is available, have often put snarky messages in the group chat. Has a literal policy about not talking smack about employees but managers would do so frequently.

Pros

Great pay for the work, 50% off food & drink even when off shift.

Cons

A lot of favouritism from upper management. If you don’t 100% agree with everything you will be pushed out of the company or forced to quit.

Pros

Nice coworkers. Ok food and drink discounts. Pretty good with the amount of training we have to do ( as repetitive as it is)

Cons

Tiny staff room, preaches core values but doesn't really do much with them. Mental health is not important here. Will make you feel bad for calling in sick, or for trying to take breaks. Not much upward growth unless you are new to the company, or willing to suck up to the managers as there is clear favouritism. The work place is so toxic which is why you continue to lose staff. Whenever we tried to bring things up to support office or the venue management it felt like it all got brushed aside. So much talking behind peoples backs and false promises.
