Pros

-The company offers a good health & benefits package. Their yearend bonuses are also quite high. - Depending on the department you interact with, their staff is always willing to help and collaborate with each other in regards to projects. - The office location is in downtown Toronto which offers tons of ways to get to and from work. - Allows working from home. - Provide additional funds for working from home due to the pandemic to set up your home office.

Cons

- The job went from a technical skillset to a very administrative role, where you will spend most of your time managing excel sheets and ticketing systems. - Due to the high turnover, a lot of the responsibilities will fall on you when your colleagues leave and there will be no compensation for this. The positions your colleagues vacated will be left unoccupied for months. - Moving up in your career is impossible. Senior management sets high barriers like asking you for certifications that are reserved for senior positions to keep you in your current position while adding more responsibilities. - Projects are presented as completed to members of the board when they have not been configured completely or do what they are intended to do. Everything is a rush.

Pros

They pay you with real money Everything is a failure here so your own failures will not stand out The people are nice enough

Cons

The money isn't worth it. Every project is a disaster that results in corporate infighting, frustration and disappointment. We've spent numerous years and millions of dollars on a new product that only has two clients (because we bribed them to join)
